How Our Program Works

After you register with our site you simply upload your digital artwork, to include photographs and clipart. We advertise and market your products to the general public and mail you your royalty check on all sales. We do all the work for you. After you submit your artwork, we create a digital thumbnail for the on-line catalog. In addition, we create a "watermarked" version of your work for display for potential customers previewing. We will market the site on the Internet and other media to get exposure to your work.

You can log on and modify the title, description, and price of the artwork at any time. In addition, you can log on and view your sales at any time.

Commissions and Royalty Payments

Our fee is 50% of the sale price. We mail out your royalty check each month, if it is at least $25. If it does not reach $25 during the month, your royalty will simply rollover to the following month. When you have reached $600 in Royalty payments, you will be required to submit an IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes. We are required to report to the IRS any amounts over $600 that we pay in any calendar year.

The following types of work are not accepted:

Pornography.
Hate or Violence.
Cult or Occult.
Any illegal or immoral work.
Anti-US, or unpatriotic works.
Plagiarized work.
Work in the Public Domain.
Any work encumbered by liens, claims, interests or rights in others of any kind.
Any work that violates or infringes upon any personal or proprietary rights, including without limitation copyrights, trademark rights, trade secret rights, contract rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any other persons.
Any work that is defamatory or obscene; or that contains any recipes, formulae, instructions, or recommendations that are in violation of anyone's privacy; or that contains statements deemed injurious, libelous or slanderous to any reader, user, or third person; or that violate or infringe any federal, state, or local law, statute, or code.
People not in the public spotlight. (See submission rule #4 below)

Additional Artwork Submission Rules

We reserve the right to refuse to publish any item at our discretion for any reason.
Web URLs, Internet Links, E-Mail Addresses, Instant Messenger (IM) Addresses, Postal Addresses, and Phone Numbers cannot be listed in the titles or descriptions. These and any other contact information will be removed by our staff. Photographs that contain these or other similar contact information will not be accepted.
We review all new submissions, titles, and descriptions prior to approving them for publication. If you make a change to the title or description of one of your photographs, it will automatically be removed from the catalog until a staff member has reviewed it.
We do not accept photographs of people that are not in the public spotlight. This is due to the fact that we cannot maintain model releases for each photograph. However, we do accept photographs of people who are in the public spotlight. These include politicians, famous athletes, actors and actresses, musicians, artists, and other famous people. These types of submission will be carefully reviewed.
